DISTILLERY + TASTING ROOM

In our tasting room our cellar door personnel are ready to guide you through a gin paddle or spirit tasting experience.

In winter, relax by the large stone open fireplace overlooking the dam and during the warmer months, pick a spot outisde on our alfresco deck overhanging the water, gorgeous gardens surrounding vineyards.

You may also choose to wander through the retail area and peruse a selection of merchandise and products including our Gin scented candles, Gin truffles and beautifully curated gift boxes.

Dune’s craft spirit journey began with a mini still, experimenting with beautiful native and farmed botanicals growing in our own backyard. These local botanicals continue to be the feature ingredients at the heart of Dune’s gins. 

From the bright pink Davidson Plums, saltbush and lemon myrtle to local navel oranges, grapefruit and tea from local growers and suppliers,  our  aim has always been to produce flavours that reflect a sense of place.

In 2019 Dune Distilling installed Western Australia’s first iStill by designer Edwin van Eijk (Odin). The distillery is compact, efficient and fun to operate. The design of the iStill allows our distiller to produce a high standard of gin, with great quality and consistency, batch after batch, while still maintaining an artisanal feel.
