Our Mediterranean Gin has been distilled using native and imported botanicals including juniper, cardamom, olive, basil, orange and thyme.
Hints of olive, thyme and basil on the nose. Followed with a strong solid juniper and rosemary palate. Finishing with cardamom spice.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Pour gin over ice, mix with Capi Dry Tonic and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
