Our Shiraz Gin has macerated on old growth Setllers Ridge Shiraz.
A true taste of our region, utilizing local Shiraz grapes from Settlers Ridge. This gin has like-wine aromatics, combined with spiced cool notes tipycal to Margaret River Shiraz grapes.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Pour gin over ice, mix with Capi Dry Tonic and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
